Wildwood is looking for an experienced, nature-based educator with both lead preschool and lead infant/toddler certification.

Candidates should be interested in nature based education and excited about being outdoors all day, in all weather, and in all seasons. They should also have a deep knowledge of creating rhythms in a play-based, child-led program. Understanding how to effectively allow children to lead and the ability to use connection over correction are key skills required to work in our program.

Highly developed time management skills, connection-based communication skills, and proactive, team-focused, problem-solving skills are essential for these positions.
